Check that the product works on your device before you buy.
Activated keys cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a key does not work, contact support within 24 hours.
Payment & delivery
We accept bKash / Nagad / Rocket, UPI Auto (India), as well as your wallet balance.
Automatic payments are confirmed instantly. Payments that our team verifies by hand are delivered as soon as they are checked.
Once your payment is confirmed, your key appears on the "My Keys" page of your account and stays there for as long as your account exists.
If a product runs out of stock after you pay, your money stays safe and your key is delivered automatically as soon as new stock arrives. If it takes longer than expected, contact support.
Refunds
If your payment went through but we could not deliver a key, the full amount is refunded to your wallet. Wallet balance can be used for any future purchase.
Keys that have already been delivered or activated cannot be refunded or exchanged, except when the key does not work and our team cannot fix it.
